Suz.exe is operated by Dave Powers and offers customer experience and call center training, audits, and coaching. This policy describes how information is handled on this website and when you contact us.

Inquiries and email

The inquiry form uses your name, email address, company, selected service, and message to prepare an email draft in your email app. The website does not submit these fields to a Suz.exe database. You choose whether to send the email. The download option creates a text file on your device and does not send it to us.

If you send an email, we receive your email address, message, and any details or attachments you include. We use that information to respond, discuss services, and manage any work you request. Email is handled through Gmail and the email provider you use. Please avoid sending customer records, call recordings, passwords, or other sensitive information in an initial inquiry.

Calculator inputs

The Erlang-C calculator runs in your browser. Its inputs and results are not sent to a Suz.exe server or saved by the website. Use aggregate call center figures rather than personal customer information.

Hosting, cookies, and tracking

This website is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details, and request logs, to deliver and secure the website. Platform sign-in and access controls may involve cookies or similar technologies.

Suz.exe has not added advertising pixels, analytics scripts, or cookies to the site’s own code. That code does not track activity across other websites and does not change its behavior in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. Hosting and access providers may have their own data practices; we do not promise that visiting this site involves no technical data collection.

Other websites and social media

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other linked sites operate under their own privacy policies. They may collect information when you visit or interact with them. Our social links are ordinary links, not embedded social feeds. Comic images and the current video are served as site files.

Use, sharing, and retention

Inquiry information is used for business communications and requested services. Email and hosting providers process information as part of delivering those services. Information may also need to be disclosed when required by law. This site does not include a feature that sells inquiry information or shares it with advertising networks.

Business correspondence may be retained to follow up on inquiries, deliver services, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. Retention by email and hosting providers is governed by their own arrangements and policies.

Your choices and questions

You can use the calculator and read the content without submitting an inquiry. To ask about information you have emailed us, request a correction, or request deletion, contact dave@suzexe.com. We will review your request; some records may need to be retained for legal or business obligations. Requests about a provider’s account or logs should also be directed to that provider.

Policy updates

When this site’s practices change, we will update this page and its “Last updated” date. Material changes will also be announced in a notice on the site.
